I met her at a job, only a few months after arriving in L.A. The tattoos, pale skin, glasses, B.A. in Philosophy, clashed with my idyllic and naive notion of native Angeleno women. After getting to know her, my appreciation and understanding for all native Angeleno's was enriched. She is an enigmatic spirit from the Los Angeles that thrills me.
